About Dr. McIver
Dr. McIver is a board certified Pediatrician and Pediatric Endocrinologist. She completed her residency at Tripler Army Medical Center on Oahu from 2002 to 2005 and then pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center from 2007 to 2010. In her medical practice in the military she provided pediatric endocrine care to children of Active-Duty Military parents. She also had the opportunity to serve as a general medical officer in Afghanistan and provide medical care for cadets at Fort Knox.
She is married and the parent to two school age children. Her hobbies include working out, reading, learning, cooking, and bicycling.
With the change in medical practice due to the Covid pandemic, telemedicine had been established and here to stay. We found it to be effective and convenient and we are excited to offer this service in private practice.
Dr. McIver is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, and the Endocrine Society.
